If someone is having an issue with the wifi registration we will have to email scc@rohan.sdsu.edu with the exact time they tried to register. SCC staff (Renee Carson) will contact the campus networking department and they will check the server logs to try to find out what the problem may be.

Elevator #1 not Functioning, doors will not close.
Stuck on the 4th floor.

GUEST WIFI CONNECTION PROBLEMS
Please contact the ITS desk in the morning regarding this problem.
A patron could not log onto the guest wifi, an error message of – Authentication failed null – appeared briefly each time the patron was sent a passcode to log onto the wifi.
The patron tried using different emails, phone numbers, usernames, and passcodes on two different devices and still no results came.

Man in the Building before 7am
Susan Soto called me around 8am to report a guy on the 5th floor when she got in around 7am. Beau went up and talked to the guy and found out he entered from the SCC area. He asked the workers there if it was open and they let him in. I called and left a message with Maureen.
Ref Computers Down- Called in
The Reference Computers were down this morning saying that a reservation could not be made until 7:55am. Call it in to IDT.
Lights went out 24 7 Ref Donor Hall…
Lights went out 24/7, Ref, Donor Hall, Stacks, & Basement again at 5 today. Elevator 8 also shut down at 5 requiring a swipe card for access. We’re going to let it go for today but the timer will have to be reset before next weekend.

The police was called by a patron in the library regarding someone who looked severely sick and unresponsive.Police escorted the patron out of the library.
Items taken from fridge
Hey everyone, we’ve recently experienced incidents of food going missing from the refrigerator in the break room. Some items have been taken from the freezer section. I think I’ve had my bagel dogs and breakfast burritos disappear twice now :-(. Just be aware that if you leave items in the fridge overnight they may not be there when you go to find them.
Also, please clear you item out of the fridge before the weekend – or label items clearly so that they are not discarded. Items in the freezer don’t need to be removed.
