If someone is having an issue with the wifi registration we will have to email scc@rohan.sdsu.edu with the exact time they tried to register. SCC staff (Renee Carson) will contact the campus networking department and they will check the server logs to try to find out what the problem may be.

Susan Soto called me around 8am to report a guy on the 5th floor when she got in around 7am. Beau went up and talked to the guy and found out he entered from the SCC area. He asked the workers there if it was open and they let him in. I called and left a message with Maureen.

The Reference Computers were down this morning saying that a reservation could not be made until 7:55am. Call it in to IDT.

The Dome doors did not unlock today at 7am. The same issue happened on Monday.

Reference Printers are down. I called it into copy services. I also gave out my card to print for the students currently waiting for the printer.

The search box in the library home page is not functioning. I called it into IDT and Sandy said they are working on it. In the mean time if someone is looking for a book go to libpac.sdsu.edu and if someone is looking for an “Articles or Journals” have them click on the Article and Journal link under “Find”.

The Circulation Blog would not connect to the server. The message that came up said “P3 could not connect to WordPress Server”. I believe this happened because I was looking at a couple of different themes on Jan 23rd, 2015. “P3” is the current theme I am using for this blog. To fix the Issue I went to Dashboard-> Themes and clicked on P3 to customize it. In customization I went to the very bottom tab and clicked on Static Page and changed the option to static Page. I then changed the option back to latest post and clicked saved and publish. Doing this fixed the issue.

Hello Everyone!

There has been a lot of calls from Adjunct Faculty who are expired in our system. Their records are updated automatically from information received from the HR office. They will not be automatically updated until all of their paperwork is turned in and processed at HR.

What we can do in the mean time is update their record to January 21st, 2015 to give the Adjunct Faculty time for the paperwork to be processed. If you have any questions please let me know.
