Hi everyone,
We are putting sticky notes in the DVD/CD cases now so that patrons can leave comments regarding any issues with the discs.
When checking out DVD’s or CD’s, please explain to the patron that they can write down any issues they had.
When receiving returned CD’s or DVD’s, look at the note and if there were issues, bring the item to Sam or Claire.
Please put a new note in for the next patron.
Thanks!

The Library Addition currently does not have an elevator that can take patrons to the 4th floor. A part broke and is in the process of being replaced. Please contact Special Collections to gain access.
If a patron asks about the value line investment surveys, they are in green binders located on the shelves under the folios and course catalogs.
There is an unsettling trend in the number of patrons who have not had their Course Reserve books properly checked in. Please make sure if someone returns a book to the desk it gets checked in right away. If you’re finishing something, feel free to tell the patron you can assist them in one minute, then take the book and check it in.
If patrons ask about the Bookeye locations, the only one available right now is in the Research services area. The one by the Chicano collection is in the process of being replaced.
