12/6 Public Safety wrote on their closing checklist that exterior doors C and F are not closing properly. A white male adult with a white hat possibly wearing brown shorts was seen walking into the library after it had closed (approximately 7:45pm). Every floor was checked again and male was unable to be located.

A student came to desk to tell us the quiet study room is very hot (possibly the heater). Troy called Maureen to have it fixed.
There was a leak in compact shelving and some books got wet.

Fire Alarm went off 12/1 sometime 9am. Library Staff and Student Assistants all took cover near the SDSU book store. The doors outside of the dome did NOT lock, and 5th floor near room 505 Emergency door would not shut completely because of a rod on top that had a wheel so it did not close all the way.

The reference PC Res crashed and Troy called Mike DiMaio who is restarting the server. The good news is Circ, 24/7, and SCC computers are working fine.

There is a woman who has been coming to the desk every morning about issues with computers: that they freeze so she runs out of time. She also had a complaint about the color printer being out of order. This has been happening for about 2 weeks. When she gets help, there is nothing wrong with the computer.

A man came down to the circulation desk and told us about a woman in the 24/7 hallway asking for an ambulance. I called an ambulance.
