Professor Dimofte checked out “MARKETING MANAGEMENT” until Monday 05/04/16. He will have it available at his Class for open book.

Goprint paid printing will be down for approximately 2 hours starting at 10:30PM tomorrow night Thursday February 18th. Please refer patrons to the 24/7 printing services desk if they need to print during the outage

A patron reported that the 4th floor computer had no internet connection, therefore could not use the catalog to find books.

To SA: If a patron reports a problem with a computer ask for location on the floor as well.
e.g. South East, North West, etc.

Elevator #1 not Functioning, doors will not close.
Stuck on the 4th floor.
Called Facilities.

Reference and Donor Hall light turn off at 6pm today

A library patron reported to the Circulation Desk that they had move a student who suddenly fell asleep on top of his dinner and did not wake up (7:50pm). Location CPMC entrance corner, sofa in the corner. Brad and I went to see if the student was okay. We moved him a bit, and he did not wake up. He was breathing, but just not waking up. On the second attempt he open his eyes and saw us. We asked him if he was okay? I also told him he was sleeping on his food, and that he had many items around that could be stolen. He answer yes really softly rolled his eyes up, and and fell asleep. He was sitting at first, when he woke for a second to answer us, he laid down on the sofa. I called campus police to have him checked (7:58pm). At around 8:10pm, campus police showed up. They had trouble waking him up as well. As they talked to him and asked him questions he kept felling asleep. He taught today was Tuesday (it was Monday). At around 8:25pm Campus police Analise that he was just supper tired.

At around 5pm Circulation got a report that someone was stuck in an elevator in the Love Library. Robert confirmed it was elevator #1. I called campus police to report the problem. The elevator was moving, just not opening is doors. We also notice that elevator #3 was not working, it was stuck in the second floor. No patrons in elevator #3. I reported elevator #3 to physical plant. Elevator #1 was stuck in the second floor for a while. The doors of the elevator where semi open. At 5:35pm the elevator decide to open and let the patrons out. Joan called Public Safety to let them know. Robert put caution tape on all elevator #1 entrances in the Love Library until technician can ok the problem. As of now only elevator #2 is functioning.

Dome Doors did not open at 12pm today.
I call campus police to have them unlock.

There is still water dripping down from the reference Men’s bathroom walkway. I reported to physical plant on Monday (03/09/15). The water dripping today is worse than last time, it went from a single leak, to many leaks in that section of the bathroom pathway. Called physical plant again, and Emailing Maureen.

At around 10:25pm we got a report that there was water dripping down from the reference Men’s bathroom walkway. I Called the Physical Plant. There was no leakage upstairs in the Men’s bathroom, so it might be a pipe.
