The circulation got a report that female students seem in need of medical attention in the first floor of the Love Library by the girls bathroom (6:23pm). Robert and I talk to the student; she was sitting down in the chairs by the girl’s bathroom. Jessica seemed incoherent when talked to, and seemed like she didn’t have any balance when she stood up. Jessica also had a white powdery substance on her finger. She did not want any medical attention, so I called public safety while Robert talked to Jessica (6:25pm). Public Safety arrived at 6:33pm. After the officer talked to Jessica, and had permission to look in her pursed, she did have a small zip-lock bag with white powder. The officer arrested Jessica, and left the building around 6:48pm. She was on something for sure.
