Just a gentle reminder, do NOT accept cell phones from patrons. Recent studies have shown that cell phones carries 18 times more bacteria than a public restroom.
To Clarify, please have the patron write down the call number or remember it instead of accepting a patrons cell phone. I am also guilty of this. But, if something happens while the cell phone is in our possession we are responsible and we do not want to be responsible for someones belongings.
We still accept Cell Phones for the Lost and Found.
